Terms of the site and the SMS program

The site

signal.theregistry.group is a private operations tool for The Registry and its designated staff. Access is by administrator-issued account only. Property information shown on the site comes from public county records and is presented as published, with its source and observation date; it is not a valuation, a legal opinion or advice.

SMS program terms — Registry Signal alerts

1. What you get. One text when the morning's work sheet is written on the platform, with the date, the number of doors and a link. No marketing.
2. Who may enrol. The operator of The Registry and staff the operator designates. Enrolment is by texting START to the program number and by the administrator recording that number as the recipient.
3. Frequency. Message frequency: at most one text per day, when the morning's work sheet is written, and none on days it is not.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.
5. Cancelling. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email ipierce@theregistry.group.
7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
8. Privacy. How your number is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
